Baby Swimming Lessons

Every baby will be able to be a swim babe with gentle introduction to water. By introducing your baby to the water, you will be amazed on how relax and independent they can be once they have gained the confidence. Eventually, swimming will be their hobby or interests!
Babies have natural reflex which allows them to swim without fear as it provide closure of their epiglottis when submerged underwater.

Swimming will help the babies to improve their health too. During the lessons, babies will be able to exercise their muscles, help them with their body coordination and also strengthening their bones. Not to forget, they will be able to be more confident and relax in water.

As young as 6 months to 12 months, they will be able to hold their breath under water, roll onto their back and float unassisted until someone rescues them. For a child above 1 year, he will learn how to hold their breath underwater, swim head down, roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe; then roll back over to resume swimming. This is called the swim-float-swim sequence and they will be able to repeat this sequence until they reach the side of the pool and crawl out.

   I really appreciate for recommend me a good instructor. I'm able to master the breaststroke within 4 lessons. It's really amazing.
